Course changes

Due to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and government guidance, we have had to make some changes to the delivery, but not the content, of our MPhil programmes for 2020-21 in order to mitigate against risks to health and to give students the best possible academic experience in the circumstances. We will continue to monitor and respond to the changing public health situation. At present, we expect to deliver teaching and supervision in-person, with appropriate distancing and safety guidelines in place. The specific change that might be necessary, should conditions change, would be for some of this teaching to be delivered remotely or online, resulting in a hybrid online and in-person teaching model. We will keep offer-holders and students fully informed of the full details of these changes as soon as they are available.

In addition:

For Anthropocene Studies and Holocene Climates: We are planning to run a residential fieldtrip, but it will be in a location close to Cambridge and subject to change if restrictions on group size are in place at the time.

For Conservation Leadership: We will be unable to include a residential fieldtrip. We are making plans for a local alternative fieldtrip close to Cambridge.
