Natasha Watts

PhD Candidate

Natasha works on social impact investing in African agriculture, with a focus on how a particular agri-finance programme for smallholder farmers is playing out on the ground in the context of farmer livelihoods in the Southern Highlands of Tanzania. Her work is situated within political ecology.


Prior to entering the PhD programme, Natasha completed an Mphil in Geographical Research, and a BA (Hons) in Geography, both at Cambridge University.
