The Geography Library has set up a number of services that will help you access our physical collections and services remotely, or with minimal contact with library staff, where they are not available in electronic format. We are also providing online access to select recent student dissertations, which is a service we hope to expand into the future.
Library staff will administer these services during the opening hours of the library.

Click & CollectClick & Collect is a free service through which anyone based in the Department of Geography can request books to be retrieved from the Geography Library’s collections, which will then be made available to collect from a designated collection point. Students and staff from other faculties and departments will need to contact us (library@geog.cam.ac.uk) to arrange an appointment to visit us to pick up their books. |

Book returnsMembers of the Department can return their library books to the drop-off box just outside the library entrance and we will ensure that your books are returned off your account shortly after. If you do not have access to the Geography building, you can return back small books using the letterbox located to the left of the double glass doors (with ‘School of Geography’ written above them). Otherwise please call the library so that a member of staff can come down to collect the book(s). |
