Biography

William (Will) Eucker is a native of Denver, Colorado, USA. He earned a Bachelors of Science in Physics at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he graduated fourth in his class. A Gates Cambridge Scholar, Will is a member of Peterhouse. As a researcher with the Arctic Ocean Geopolitics Programme, he is using geographic information systems (GIS) to improve safety of life at sea in the ice-diminishing Arctic Ocean.
