NERC Studentships - UK and EU applicants

UK or EU Physical Geography PhD applicants will be considered for NERC or CHESS funding if they are eligible. If you wish to apply for October 2012, please first contact a potential supervisor and choose an advertised topic, or produce your own topic that you wish to pursue that has your potential supervisor's agreement.

The application deadline for NERC and CHESS awards is Friday, 13 January 2012 and applications should be made through the Board of Graduate Studies (BGS) who manage the application process for Graduate Study for the University. You should start to prepare your application well in advance of the deadline to ensure your supporting documents are sent to BGS in time to meet the deadline.
